What to do in Tallinn on the Day of Restoration of Independence?

Estonia celebrates re-independence day on August 20 with a public holiday. This means that the opening hours of some museums may vary (list of Tallinn Card’s partners). But many museums, attractions, and restaurants are open as usual and some even offer special programmes.
Hopefully something from below sparks your interest!
A family day at the Maarjamäe palace park will entertain you with tours, shows, workshops etc. The theme of the day is all about the wild 90s! Full programme here.
