24 February is Estonian Independence Day and a public holiday. This also means some changes to the opening hours of Tallinn Card’s partners that day.
Don’t worry though! Many of the museums and attractions will be open and welcoming visitors.
Some businesses may also close their doors three hours earlier than usual the day before the holiday, 23 February. We recommend checking the opening hours of museums and attractions on their websites.

The following locations are open to visitors on 24 February:
